Job Description:

Area manager is a business head for the state or area Person in this role will be Leader for the TVS team in the assigned area & represents company for statutory requirements
1) Plan & achieve sales volume & market share
2) Forecast demand & ensure stock availability at all dealerships
3) Ensure availability of working capital to achieve plans at all dealerships
4) Propose promotional budget with clear objective of volume generation and get approvals
5) Evaluate effectiveness of activities and make periodic modifications / alterations in activities
6) Visit dealer / market with Territory Manager and coach the Territory Manager on the job
7) Identification of new dealer candidates and primary evaluation of candidate and infrastructure
8) Identification of locations for ASC appointment and selection of suitable party for ASC
9) Energize / Train / Motivate the TVSM team and dealer and ASC network
10) Review performance of dealers
11) Conduct monthly area meetings and dealer/ ASC meetings

Required Candidate profile

Candidates must possess atleast a Management/ Engineering/ Secondary school/ Higher sec school/ equivalent
Atleast 8 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Middle Level/ Management Job role in Area Manager
1 Full Time/ equivalent position (s) available,
