An Area Sales Manager in Gamut, is a responsible and rewarding position   The Role empowers the individual to take charge of the Complete Sales for a State (and in some cases more than one State)  The Role provides ample opportunity to Prospect, Strategise, Position and Progress our HRMS Sales and OA Portal sales at each prospective Client  This is a vital Role in Gamut and is viewed as The Building Block in Shaping the Future of the Organization Roles & Responsibility Prospecting to establish new accounts Building credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business Setting customer expectations consistent with service offerings and delivery potential Developing a healthy pipeline of suspects and prospects, and accurately forecasting business deals to be closed Maintaining contact and opportunity information complete, accurate and in a timely manner Having a comprehensive channel strategy/multipoint lead generation Knowledge in Account Hunting, Lead generation, Nuturing, Direct sales activity in the allotted region Create lead account by positioning ERP Services, Products and Responding to RFPs / RFQs Identify the prospects of new client leads and developing new client base for selling ERP Understand the business requirement, coordinating and interacting with client to propose an objective business solution which brings sustainable value for the client Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses Ensure that key accounts are clearly identified and developed to increase sales through account planning with the Business Head Coordinate between Pre-Sales, functional consultants for on-time execution of planned sales strategies Required Candidate profile3 to 5 years of successful direct sales experienceStrong Technology Solutions Sales background in Software Products / Solutions / ERP, particularly is selling HRMS SoftwareUnderstanding of Construction, Real Estate & Infrastructure will be helpfulBachelors degree or better Good MBA is desirable, but is NOT a limiting factorMust be Fluent in Local Language, Hindi and EnglishExperienceHighly Motivated, Self-Starter, Sales Hunter Profiles ONLY need applyAssume Complete Responsibility for Sales, Profitability and Cash-FlowCapability to work independently under minimum supervisionMust have Excellent Communication, Presentation & Negotiation SkillsMust have consistently met or exceeded assigned quotas for the past three yearsDevelop and implement strategies to create new business revenueMust be adept in positioning, differentiating, and solution propositionHave the ability to manage both short and long sales cycles Must have demonstrated experience as a seasoned sales man - cascading through various stages (read client managers ie,Gate Keepers, Tar-Babies, Influencers, Decision Makers etc) of the sales processMust be able to represent proposed solutions and do product demonstration to C-level executivesHave the ability to prepare complex proposals with multiple hardware, software and services options including SaaSExperience selling into Real Estate & Infrastructure Industries will be appreciatedCompensationGenerous Base SalaryGood Sales Commissions Directly linked to Sales & CollectionsProvides Good earning potential to capable SalesmenTop Performers Exceeding Quota, Earn Extra Handsome Perks & RewardsPerks and Benefits Salary no bar for the right candidate
