Job Description

To achieve Daily , Weekly & Monthly sales target with the contribution of Modern Trade & Channel Partners (Key Accounts Handling) Like Big Channel Partners & MT (Modern Trade)
The contribution of Modern Trade & Key accounts Channel Partners to sales Management
Completing Sales target with Assign territory by strengthening the Modern Trade & distribution network
Ensure the achievement of sell-out target
Establish sales target and make sales plans for every customer in Modern Trade in accordance with Company sales and distribution strategy
Assist in planning process of Modern Trade sales and merchandising by brand/ by customer
Transmit the sales related information and policies from Company to Modern Trade Supervisors, sales teams, & merchandisers; ensure their strictly complying
Managing Primary and Secondary Activations
Managing LAPU Movement in the Assigned market
Managing transacting Distributor by giving them incentives, redressing their grievances and increasing their increasing their number by converting non transacting retailers to non-transacting retailersTraining distributors, retailers & Promoters etc
Managing customer churn on quarterly basis & regular follow-up for monthly, Semi Annual & Annual recharge
For daily sales growth planed for Activities on permanent basis in highly rush place like -High Rising society, corporate, Market, shopping complex etc and activity type material like canopy, umbrellas, standee & road show Etc
Additional Sales target complete through bulk connections like Hotels, PGs, Guest House, Hospitals, Township Etc

Salary INR 4,00,000 - 9,00,000 PA
