1 Primary and Secondary-Value and volume drive month on month
2 Ensuring weekly split of targets and performance
3 Stock of distributers to be managed to ensure no extra pile up
4 Outlets opening; expansion of business to all categories of outlets
5 Ensuring only good outlets are opened after due diligence to ensure payment cycle
6 Top 15 outlets performance tracking and planning to ensure highest contribution from them; range selling to be tracked
7 Contribution of premium styles into business; ensuring visibility
8 POS requisition to ensure effective visibility of the brand
9 Handled distributers in a similar role and ensured high performance
10 Ideas to improve processes to enhance productivity
11 Implementing sales promotional activities like promos, schemes, etc
12 Ensured proper branding at counters for enhancing awareness and ensuring brand building
