Job Description:



To design, develop and execute people systems and processes in close partnership with each of the brands to facilitate hiring, performance management, compensation, career management, employee engagement and employee relations of regional staff of South Region to ensure healthy and engaged work environmentRecruitment Implement new retail recruitment system and related MIS
Design, develop and continuously improve people selection practices to hire quality retail talent
Maintain recruitment effectiveness and complete end to end recruitment as per defined TATs
Manage recruitment cost effectively within budgets
Maintain pipe line of talent for NSO and current stores requirements
Operations Creating dashboards, MIS for Region to ensure operational excellence in retail HR processes
Managing employee database through retail HRIS for region
Ensuring smooth onboarding and induction for all the new joiners completion of joining formalities, biometric registration and bank account opening
Performance Management Facilitating monthly performance management for store employees
Actively participating in the annual increment process by involving in performance appraisal conversations and compensation review conversations
Coaching and guiding store staff- Giving feedback and conducting objective team reviews
Reviewing employee performance against individual goals to ensure productivity is aligned with store target
Creating career progression matrix for top talent
Managing the performance improvement plan/process for bottom performers
Cost & Productivity Monitoring salary cost against store NSV periodically to ensure cost is in control against the budget
