Job Description:

This role is responsible for systematic expansion of PoS workforce across geographies within the region by following a robust empanelment and training process
It will assign sales targets for their teams and look at innovative ways to drive sales through effective PoS engagements
The role will also generate leads through existing networks and relationships to drive negotiations to sign up PoM partnerships
It will also work closely with the Zonal Managers to ensure achievement of business objectives using strong customer relationship management and engagement process along with customer sales and service support
The role will also devise plans to further build a strong PoS & PoM network for their respective regions

stakeholder relationship management skills, and the ability to understand and engage with people
The education and experience required to meet this profile is an MBA with around 8 years of work experience in sales for financial services

Drive PoS & PoM Business Strategy at a Regional Level Drive the regional level sales strategy by creating business opportunities and driving PoS empanelment process with the help of the regional teams
Ensure use of distribution model and sales strategies to achieve PoS business objectives
Plan systematic expansion of PoS workforce across geographies within the region
Generate leads through existing networks and relationships to implement a quasi retail approach for driving PoM sales in Corporates and SMEs
Make presentations to potential clients with a strong value proposition on overall benefits of PoM partnerships
Oversee customization of product and benefits for PoM clients
Plan and modify sales activities in line with dynamic market conditions
Drive PoS Identification, Empanelment and Training Processes Oversee seamless execution of PoS activation and empanelment processes to ensure achievement of higher sales targets through expansion of business avenues
Drive activation of PoS network in key locations and leverage on key stakeholder relationships to further build the network
Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify new avenues to activate and build the PoS network
Execute recruitment & selection strategies to attract, induct and engage PoS to deliver on their sales commitments
Ensure that branch offices extend their support to all PoS in order to operate efficiently
Ensure proper training is provided to the PoS on the various product offerings and that their queries are resolved in a timely manner
Drive implementation of customized solutions and schemes to enable PoS to achieve sales targets on behalf of the organization
Ensure adherence to standard processes and policies linked to PoS empanelment, engagement and payouts
Drive PoM Engagements Drive negotiations to sign up PoM partnerships and follow it through by strong customer relationship management
Drive employee engagement using communication collaterals and oversee planning of training sessions for employees to use online portal
Ensure client queries are addressed within the defined TATs
Drive initiatives for continuous engagement with client and employee
Extend support to resolve queries and address escalations, when required
Manage Sales Performance Drive a high-performance culture through allocation of aggressive sales targets and effective client engagement
Monitor and review individual and overall performance of the region on an ongoing basis, and provide support and guidance as required
Seek performance data to share monthly reports and updates with Zonal Managers and Senior Management
Ensure improved market presence by increasing the end customer base through process efficiencies
Drive best practices sharing and implementation in the team to enhance operational effectiveness and productivity
Stakeholder Management Build and manage relationships with regional representatives of the various insurance companies to ensure smooth operations and superior end customer experience
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and sales heads within the ABFSG ecosystem including ABIBL to enable cross-sales
Liaise with different clients and insurance companies to ensure timely resolution of queries and product-related trainings
Team Management Guide and develop team to facilitate PoS and PoM strategy execution and achievement of business objectives
Set performance targets for individual team members and undertake regular reviews to drive accountability for results
Reward achievements and develop team members capabilities through knowledge sharing and training
Monitor attrition and drive engagement within the team through various interventions
Encourage team to conduct analysis on markets and competitor landscape to keep abreast with the new industry developments
Provide support and guidance to all team members, where necessary
Encourage strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
