Job Description:

Service Management job opportunity for a professional ITIL Certification You will use your experience in timely problem resolution, disaster recovery, performance and service change management in adherence to SLAs

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities -

- Ensure Service Management processes are followed

- Accountable for managing and reporting key performance and service management metrics

- Manage and Report on Application and Service status including service health, availability, adherence to SLA- s, timely problem resolution, disaster recovery, performance and service change management

- Accountable for relationship management, ensuring Vendors and Partners are meeting SLAs and escalating issues regarding performance to the Service Owners and clients

- Responsible for ensuring the service entry in the Service Catalogue is accurate and is maintained and all documentation is up to date

- Works closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects and QA Analysts, who are pursuing business initiatives and projects which will impact supported Services

- Advocate for the supported Application Services and continual service improvements by assessing opportunities and presenting ideas to the Service Management Leads, the Global CRB Service Management Lead and Business Stakeholders

- Client Relationship Management

- Audit & Compliance Reviews

- Application/Service Reporting

- ServiceNow Maintenance/Data Source Maintenance/Maintain Portfolio of Services

- Contract Management/Supplier Review

- SLA Management and Reporting

Requirements -

- Minimum Bachelors / Engineering degree in IT related subject

- Minimum of 3 years- service management experience in both traditional and cloud application support

- Minimum 3 yrs additional service management or technical support experience in lieu of degree

- ITIL Certification

- UNIX/LINUX Shell scripting experience
