Academic Requirements

Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Engineering

Distinction in 10th and 12th and First class in BE

Responsibilities

Onsite (Customer Location)

Machine Prove outs / Data Gathering / Machine Understanding

Installation and Commissioning

Demonstration, Benchmarking and Pre - Sales

Troubleshooting and Support

Interfacing with India office, and providing feedback on customer requests, product enhancements, issues

Providing Technical Support through phone / web - based tools

Working closely with QA Team

Doing customer release certifications on product builds

Knowledge transfer to Development / Testing team

Providing feedback on new development features
