Onsite Application & Platform Support Lead Overall 10 plus years of experience Has good leadership skills & very good interpersonal skills Would be able to face customers, business stakeholders and drive project independently Has experience working in onsite offshore model Would be able to lead the offshore team independently Have experience working on Cloud development & support projects Well versed with ITIL and other support methodologies Has knowledge of Incident, Change & Problem Management processes Has more than 3 years of hands on experience working on Oracle Cloud Platform as a Service, which includes Mobile Hub, Integration Cloud & DBCS Well versed with Oracle Cloud Which includes, IaaS (OCI DBCS, OCI Networking, etc), PaaS (Mobile Hub, Integration Cloud, IDCS, etc), SaaS (ERP Cloud) and its inter-dependencies Has good understanding of mobile application development and mobile ecosystem Has experience working on mobile application projects with sound understanding of hybrid mobile application frameworks Has experience working on Oracle Cloud ERP (SaaS) Specifically Procurement Cloud module of ERP Cloud
