With successfully conducting hundreds of short term programs, workshops, seminars, and long term courses, we have entered the online segment to expand our reach and deliver courses for a wide range of audience comprised of students, entrepreneurs, leaders, corporate professionals, businessmen, farmers etc

Team Size 35 - 40 Team Members

Business

- The core responsibility would be to manage the entire P&L of both online and offline businesses

- Manage multiple training verticals with the help of products team and achieve vertical wise targets planned in annual budget

- Brand building for the business through multiple channels Planning & implementing marketing activities (ATL & BTL) with the help of marketing team

- Ensure cost control and close tracking of annual budgets

Strategic Alliances

- Expand and strengthen the business and product portfolio via targeted strategic tie-ups, focusing on revenue generation

- Developing and executing the strategic alliances with corporates for their training needs, with the help of strategic alliances team

Processes and Operations

- Institutionalize best practices in services and delivery of the training programs

- Monitor and manage the productivity of tele-sales team

- Build a faculty database and maintain relationship with faculties

- Ensure optimal utilization of training facilities

- Analyse students- feedback and work on improving customer satisfaction

- People management Manpower planning, recruitment, training, motivating, retaining and managing attrition

Franchisee Development

- Identify and source franchise partners for the identified markets

- Ensure end to end ownership for franchise sign ups and setup

- Hand holding of newly opened franchise for a specific period, coordinate with franchise partners and track business

Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience with at least 3 years out of this in P&L management and team management

- Candidate having relevant experience in the education industry would be preferred

- Education Any graduate MBA/professional degree in finance preferred
