Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities Monitor threat incidents escalated from customer support engineers and ensure all the deliverables are completed within the stringent deadlines Coordinate response efforts with research teams to investigate threat incidents and collect threat intelligence Work closely with the security research team, threat intelligence team, engineering team and customer support team to provide timely and accurate responses for threat incidents with attention to details Solve complex support issues effectively Escalate and work with the engineering team and product team to confirm mitigation options and the most cost- effective resolution Provide regular analysis of enterprise threat trends and response coverage Drive improvement of enterprise threat response quality and protection capabilities with research leads Propose process enhancements and tool functionality to raise response quality Qualification BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or at least 5 years of comparable industry experience 7 years of experience in an enterprise support role with a strong understanding of customer support needs and knowledge of security landscape Excellent communication skills and an eye for details Able to perform well under stress, particularly in emergency response situations Strong organizational, communication, project management, negotiation, and problem- solving skills Strong understanding of operating system and computer networking concepts Strong technical and thought leader with skills in various scripting tools and/ or C# programming background preferred Rotational shift readiness
