The Role Responsibilities

Training Calendar & Trainers Productivity Tracking

Prepare quarterly and annual learning calendars under the direction of country learning head
To maintain and monitor learning calendars on a regular basis
To measure trainers productivity and track completion of Training records and management of learning related analytics

Learning Governance

Ensure full compliance of all related policies and control/governance standards at Country and Group level at all time
Contribute and support local/group curriculum architects in customizing appropriate curriculum and learning solutions to meet local needs
Support vendor management for training to ensure compliance with Group and country regulation
Collaborate with GPS learning analytics team and ensure availability of periodic reports and MIS
Keep track of approved education sponsorship applications and staff education sponsorship reimbursement processes
Maintain proper record keeping on all key activities

Finance & Recharges

Assist Head of Learning on Financial Management/training budget control and plan
Assist group/local training program cost recharges

Training Logistics Support

Oversee Hong Kong training centers smooth operation and physical training center management, ie assign/collect laptops for D1R new joiners, periodical system upgrade, physical repair of training center

Manage digital channel for training, such as The Bridge and SharePoint

Engage stakeholders on daily scheduling and enrolment arrangements And ensure stakeholders awareness on learning processes & systems

Coordinate with trainers and GPS Learning Ops to provide flawless support for global/local learning program arrangement and logistics according to SLAs

Extend administrative support to trainers on pre-/post-program logistics, eg material and venue preparation

Manage training center utilization

Project Management

Support Head of Learning in implementing Learning & Development strategy for Hong Kong
Manage programs and projects to ensure timely delivery
Research best practices for learning and talent solutions
Ensure participation in local initiatives and projects chaired by HR/ Learning Team and effectively deliver the expected results and outcomes
Coordinate with internal support teams from different departments to ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs

Audit Support

Support businesses on internal/external audit in relation to training
Ensure proper governance and reporting available on mandatory learning programs to meet compliance and audit requirements

ECF Regulatory Learning

Coordinate with businesses and HKIB to provide support for ECF programs arrangement and logistics
Support businesses on regulatory reporting of ECF implementation

Accurate Preparation of Learning calendars and ensure well-defined learning schedules in place Ensure effective logistic support for a smoother delivery of learning programs in country for Learning COEs
Ensure effective Delivery of Learning programs by providing Administrative support and governance
Ensure effective learning records keeping and updates in learning Portal and deliver key analysis and reports to facilitate decision making
Ideate and promote self-service, automate learning operations where possible and achieve higher productivity
Relationship management with business stakeholders/coordinators
Support and delivery Key Learning Projects assigned
Effective Risk Management and Compliance on related policies / control / audit standards
