Process Overview*

Client Facing Platforms Technology provides technology solutions for the Banks Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center and Voice, Payments and Commerce, Banking Center, and Architecture Technology, in support of Consumer and Global Wealth client-facing channels

The candidate is responsible for development & Test support of VXML based applications for banks Contact Center domain Deep technical understanding of software design, multi-tier architectures and experience in Vxml,, CCXML,ASR,TTS, Java, JSP ,servlets, Webservices , Spring 30, Junit, JBOSS, oracle & SQL Server, Ecmascript and Tomcat Hands on experience in NDF Framework, Nuances application studio, Genesys IVR Hands on experience on Continuous integration and Build tools like Maven, Subversion Dev Ops tools like Rally, Jira, Jenkins, HP Quality Center Experience with Agile driven development

Candidate will be part of Global Delivery model and responsible to apply industry proven development approaches to achieve scalable, maintainable & reusable applications

Responsibilities*

Ensuring high performance and code quality
Review, analyze and improve business requirements
Participate on technical design documentation (HLD/LLD) for applications/enhancements
Participate as individual contributor as well as work as part of a globally blended team of resources (both Associates and consultants)
Should assist in the application release activities during onshore/offshore working hours
Should suggest inputs to technical roadmaps for the products and services
Should identify risks/enhancements in the applications and report to proper channels
Should learn and use new technologies in the product, when required

Requirements*

Education* BE/BTech/ MCA/MSc
Certifications (If Any) NA
Work Experience* 5-8 years of enterprise application development
Mandatory skills* Hands on experience in Core Java, JDK 16 generics & Annotations
Should have good experience in J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Webservices
Should have good experience in VXML, CCXML, ASR & TTS
Hands on experience in Framework, Nuances application studio
Should have good experience in Oracle & SQL Server
Hands on experience in SVN, HP Quality Center & Jenkins
Should have good experience in Tomcat 6 & Above
Hands on experience in Maven, Ecmascript & Genesys IVRExperience of designing,
Developing, testing and debugging applications/enhancements to existing applications
Should contribute in all phases of the application development lifecycle
Experience with Agile driven development
Experience with SOAP and REST Web Services utilizing XML or JSON
Strong problem solving abilities
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
