Purpose

Security Technology Services (STS) is a critical function within Standard Chartered Bank operating under the overall purview of Technology Services

The STS team is made up of cyber security thought leaders , who are accountable for the provision of a global set of cyber security services and products in order to maintain and continuously improve Bank s cyber security posture in today s ever evolving cyber security landscape

The STS team protect the Bank from cyber security threats by delivering effective information security technology services , managing and responding to security incidents to ensure , and support the continuity and growth of Bank s business operations; and meet the both internal and external stakeholders expectations across 70+ countries and territories , in which SCB operates

In STS - Data Protection tower , we have a requirement of new resources to handle the ESD control for Server Server infrastructure administration , configuration management , DR , troubleshooting , etc and the BAU activities like SRM ticket handing , building the process , procedure , new metrics to report management team and other stakeholders , knowledge base , document all the practice , etc pertainting to Endpoint Storage Security products/ tools

The Role Responsibilities

Managing the Device control Server Infrastructure with high availablility , policy management , patching , reporting and logging

Performing periodic Disaster recovery activity to ensure Production and DR infra is ready to manage any crisis situation

Provisioning/ Deprovisiong Endusers with Device control (USB , CD/ DVD , Floppy & Firewire) access for Servers and Endpoints

Maintaining a ESD inventory and periodic reporting to stakeholder , Business and other teams

Performing periodic receritication for dormant access removal

Building Process and procedure for internal team and other stakeholder involved in the operations

Governing the Device control and Encryption tools product & processes

SRM/ INC handling in Remedy tool and meet the SLA

Perform due diligence on all request to comply with Process

Managing inhouse tool for Access/ inventory management

Periodic reporting to Stakeholders , Business and other teams

Enhance the existing process and procedure

Identify the process & procedure gaps , risk , recommend fix and remediate the same

Coordinating with other technical teams for task implementation , fix , etc

Service oriented professional contributing positively to Service Quality

Able to Provide artifacts from the service when required

Assisting/ engaging end user on the product queries

Adhere to Group Policy , Procedure and Standards

Our Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3 - 8 years experience as Information security expert in Info sec domain

Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience on handling various Device Control products like Tanium , Mcafee ePO , etc

Good Knowledge on the encryption technologies & tools

Added advantage if hands - on in the encryption product and tools

Good knowledge and understanding on the below

Understanding on Linux/ UNIX basics

Having knowledge on TCP/ IP technologies and networking concepts

Working knowledge on Windows OS

Understanding of Information Security concepts

Good Stakeholder engagement and management

Must be organized and focused on achieving results

Strong problem solving , troubleshooting and analysis skills

Excellent communication skills oral , written and presentation; technical reporting writing across various types of tareget audiences

Good working knowledge of software application Outlook (advance) , Word (advance) , Powerpoint (advance) , Excel (advance)

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering , Computer Science/ Informaiton Technology or its equivalent,
