Job Description:

Job Purpose

- To deliver advanced analytics and insights that help inform ABOs, their customers and Amway business teams on their Best Next Move, through deeply personalized insights Empower Digital and Strategy teams with insights on ABO & Customer experience on Digital Properties (Web, Mobile & other digital tools)

Primary Responsibilities

- Tracking and Analytics on Trends of amwayin and Mobile App within the AUSI framework

- Advanced Analytics support measuring success of ABO/Customer journey from home page to check out and delivery, linked with experience feedback

- Develop insights of Customer/ABO on Social Media, linked to campaigns and commerce

- Holistic analysis of Omnichannel buyer buying patterns and track shift from offline to online

- Effectiveness & business impact of key campaigns including launches, promotions, portfolio strategy etc

- Determination of key KPIs, delivery of performance dashboards reporting, analysis and consultation

- Assess the impact of all digital activities to track ROI of GTM spends

- Using the CoEs Best Analytic Method to the markets, provide unified and robust analysis, to evaluate the effectiveness of the digital properties

Program, Processes, Services

- Using the CoEs Best Analytic Method to the markets, provide unified and robust analysis, to evaluate the effectiveness of the Digital properties

- Develop and share deep insights using CoE Best Analytical methods on ABO / Customer journey in digital

- Build visualizations to communicate data to key decision makes on Key KPIs of all Digital Properties

- Deep insights for account managers using the AUSI framework at LOS level

- Support Digital analyzing trends using A/B testing, share learning

- Develop deep analytical insights ABO activity on Social media, campaigns and Commerce Link to ABOs overall journey

- Support sustainable strategic review process with reporting & working dashboard creation to support insight sharing for data driven decisions

- Develop analytics around Buyer buying patterns with Omnichannel, Shop / Online channel to provide inputs to Regional / Digital Teams

- Data wrangling including validation and data structuring to support dashboard design & development for reporting, analysis and consultation across geographies and products (categories, business lines, portfolio) including U35/O35, Customer and ABO views

- Digital Initiatives Analysis & Consultation (strategic and tactical) This includes ongoing analysis & consultation of digital initiatives including product optimization, assessment of impact and KPI determination for feature additions discontinuances, product launch/promotion optimization, etc

- Analysis of Customer / ABO engagement Programs which have a digital footprint (iCoupon, WoW microsite etc)

Strategy Development (AOP/LRBP)

- Enterprise Priority 1&2 Modern Customer Shopping

Staff Management Responsibilities

- Effective D&A Team Member

- Revenue & Managed Spend Direct Reports Indirect Reports

- Support Digital Product managers to effectively track and develop 7+ Digital Properties 0 Nil

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE

- or equivalent experience gained from any combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work and life experience

Education Degree

- MBA / Science/ Mathematics /Finance Preferred Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Statistics,

- Data Science (4-6)

- Interaction with ABOs / ABO Leaders

- Handling large data sets with Adobe Analytics / Heap/ Tableau / Alteryx Preferred

Required Skills/Competencies

- Effectively communicating and presenting complex analytical data (both verbally and written) to influence all levels and global audiences

- Business acumen and judgment to understand and manage the business implications of new processes

- Identifying and anticipating problems, reviewing related information, developing and evaluating options, making decisions and implementing solutions

- Evaluating propositions or hypotheses and making judgments based on well-supported evidence

- Processing, documenting and providing timely information with a high level of accuracy in a usable format

- Basic Knowledge of Data Science and it applications preferable

- Adobe Analytics, Heap, Hootsuite, Tableau, Alteryx, OBIEE & SQL and/or related business intelligence software and relational software, databases and applications to include use of typical office suite software packages

- Continuously seeking and sharing new developments, advancements and knowledge in relevant fields

- Successful approaches, tools, and techniques for dealing with changes and adapting to a changing environment; adapting as needed to meet the requirements of the business

- Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling projects; ensuring efficient utilization of technical resources and appropriate mitigation of risk to achieve project objectives

- Interacting with/leading cross-functional teams to achieve defined objectives through consulting and positive interaction with culturally diverse team members, external partners and clients
