Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Drive digital acquisition through affiliate channel within defined Cost of Acquisition by

- Ensuring regular interaction/follow up with affiliates assigning month-on-month targets

- Identifying optimal customer touch points to reach target audience

- Collaborating with Internal Risk team to come up with relevant surrogate listing to maximize eligible audience

- Encouraging end-to-end application closure through affiliates

- Identifying innovative ways to bring cost efficiency in the system

- Initiating exclusive distribution partnerships with partners across multiple category/sectors - Telecom, eCommerce - Food ordering & retail, Travel, Cab rides, etc

- Driving Lead Generation through mutual synergies using various communication channels like - Purchase Path Integration, email/sms, direct mailers

- End-to-End campaign planning from go-to market strategy to driving lead generation & final closure

- Working closely with internal teams - Merchant Services, Partnerships & CMO etc Coordinating with external media agencies to identify/drive more partners for acquisition campaigns

- Optimize campaigns/partners to ensure meeting the lead delivery target set month-on-month

- Work with internal teams - Telecalling center, salesforce etc to drive maximum conversions & throughput

- Superior communication skills and has to demonstrate personal excellence

- Has to be a smart Learner and a fast implementer

- Superior time management skills and adherence to project deadlines

- Excellent Analytical and negotiation skills

- MBA/PG Diploma (Marketing) with 7-10 years of prior experience
