Recruitments & Selections, Bulk Hiring (FLS to TM Level hiring),
Hiring through Vendors management, Existing employee referrals
Maintaining Interviews done/rejected/shortlisted or selected trackers on daily basis
Gate Assessments Management (Grammatical, Mathematical & Psychometric management),
Jombay tests management (End to End Psychometric assessment test),
Creating Job codes, assigning requisition ids management,
Hiring on the basis of Stakeholders budget and as per Employee Requisition form(ERF Report),
Onboarding of newly hired candidates,
Offer Letters Generations in SAP Success factors,ALT Recruit Software, Value Hire Software,
Employee Code Generation of newly hired employees,
Talking HR induction (Guiding HR Policies of Company,etc ),
Maintaining employee relationships management
Resolving Queries of employees regards to PF,ESIC,M-Connect application,SAP ESS Sofware- purpose of account
Updation of employees management, KYC /Personal details updation in system,etc
Attendance Management,
Resignation & Retention (Retaining of employees),
Background verifications management of employees (Pre & Post Verifications)
Termination of employees management,
Employee Records Management,
Performance Management of Employees
