AM/DM - Service Sales (Industry Field Services) - 005Q62

Hands on experience & sound knowledge preferably on Schneider Automation Products & systems - VFDs, Softstarters, Modicon PLCs, HMI, Machine Solution

End User experience in Service Selling especially below portfolios on Machine Control(Servo Motors/Drives), VFDS, HMI, PLC systems

a) Service Contracts(Annual maintenance/Recurring, On demand Services, troubleshooting services etc),

b) Spare Parts selling- PLCs, VFD, Softstarters, HMIs, Machine Control(Servo Motors, servo Drives)

c) Sell Training on Drives, Machine Solutions, HMIs, Softstarters

d) Upgrade/Modernization on Drives, Motion Control, PLCs

e) Extended warranties

f) Digital Offers including Asset Advisors, Cybersecurity etc

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing SE customers to identify the scope of work, estimate and sell system adds/modifications and maintenance agreements so as to meet or exceed his/her profitable sales target

Utilizes excellent products/solutions/services and customer knowledge to educate customers on ROI(Return on Investment) and application advantages, and how they meet customers needs

Essential Responsibilities

Proactively visit installed base customers, educating & influencing them on Schneider Industry Service offerings

Generating Industry Service leads

Develop market intelligence for promoting our new service offers

Creates FS Service proposals, and close them facing the customer

He/She collaborates well with Account manager from the BU or KAM, also with FS Operational Marketing

Grow recurring ie AMC/maintenance contract business

Capable to work in a target based lead generation team

Secures customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders, delivery)

Utilizes BFO (Salesforcecom) for sales funnel management

Provides monthly forecasts and summaries in a timely manner

Works closely with Inside Service Sales Representatives and the BU account manager to maximize business opportunities

Educates customers on all SE products and services

Provides mentoring, coaching and guidance to Regional Sales Team- Proximity/Geo & GSO

Coordinates and/or attends trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as needed

Applies market and account skills necessary for dealing with specific target audiences

Identifies and contacts potential customers or prospects, either existing or new

Skills Required

Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer The concept of Customer Intimacy is critical in Field Services

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including C-level customers

Thorough knowledge of Schneider Electric services offers throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle of the product

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools especially SFDC bFO Excellent organizational skills

Education
The successful candidate should have a (4) year Be/B Tech in Electrical/Electronics and (3- 5) years technical service sales experience in Automation Industry especially on Drives & Motion Control

Inside sales with relevant experience is also suitable
