  • Responsible for KPI & revenue target

  • Build a good repo with existing key customer & make an in the road for other business opportunities

  • Try enhancing the revenue from the existing customer base by crossing selling

  • Mapping of potential customer based on NIPPON strength & work towards getting them on boards

  • Build constant revenue from the customer who has regular exports loads

  • Apprising Market trends/ competitors information and sharing the same with concern department

  • Identifying sales resources and training them for better sales approach

  • Good Communication skill,

  • Having good Customer base and geographical knowledge

  • Able to generate business rapidly

  • Having a fair idea about Ocean & Air Movements,

  • Capable to handle the Global RFQs
