Job Description:



- Assist the State Sales Head in driving any sales programs, from time to time

- Budgeting and forecasting sales, preparing sales reports and collection plan

- Monitor territory wise sales target vs achievement number on a daily basis

- Periodic review of market coverage and reporting key efficiency index, to the SSH

- Take periodic feedback from sales team, to help SSH develop, key competitive responses and key strategies

- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and using data, to continuously search for new opportunities, in order to increase sales in the Territory

- Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the Territory are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets

- Reporting all sales metrics to State Sales Head periodically - SOs beat plan productivity, TSM productivity mapping, TSM target vs achievement gaps, and all other reports, needed for sales force management and review from time to time

- Establish a distribution network with a key review of the distributor coverage and efficiencies

- Handling & managing category & key B2B customers, suppliers and vendors in the area

- Driving Training and deployment of the platform with key focus on enhancing sales

- Acquiring new customers for business generation by educating them about Reliance B2B business and its product categories

- Maintaining and developing business relationships with existing customers, managing pre & post sales activities and ensuring monthly collection target

- Analyse the ground competition and feedback to develop competitive responses and strategy

- Fixing appointment through cold calling, emails & networking events with the potential client/ customers

- Planning, forecasting and Managing Inventory and ensuring timely delivery of goods to the respective clients

- Finding and on-boarding new procurement channels for reducing transportation costs of products

- Budgeting and forecasting sales, preparing reports and collection plan, ensuring timely payment collection

- Monitoring competitor activities, responding to customer grievances, Organizing and visiting exhibition & trade shows
