Job Description:

What youll do

1 Plan, design, implement and administer a comprehensive rewards strategy and Employee Value Proposition

2 Evaluate the compensation landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends, track legislation and make recommendations

3 Design and Implement Talent Interventions around Organisation Grading, Job Leveling, competency framework, Performance management

4 Drive Automation to create efficiency in Rewards and Talent Design

5 Design Framework on Succession planning and Hi-potential Framework

6 Effectively plan and oversee the working of all benefit plans

7 Ensure alignment between organisation and Talent Strategies, and plan interventions to drive organisational strategies

8 Manage performance management and rewards and recognition programs for the company

9 Prepare annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs

10 Support all compensation planning processes in collaboration with HR and Operations

11 Determine and implement metrics that assess and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing Total Rewards programs and new initiatives

12 Manage internal and external stakeholders across the organisation including Leadership team members

What you need to succeed

1 5-6 Yrs of relevant Experience in Rewards and Talent Management / Design

2 Post Graduation in HR from a premier B-School

3 2-3 years of experience with a consulting organisation

4 Excellent Communication

5 Exposure in dealing with global stakeholders
