Overview We are looking for a relevant work experience in Talent Management and L&D, who is strong in operationalising and executing talent initiatives A seasoned professional who is adept in building rapport and influencing team members, peers and stakeholders and someone who will be responsible to support business priorities and initiatives and is able to challenge the status quo (when needed) and adapt initiatives to serve a dynamic business agenda The position will report into Exec Director - HR and will be a part of the team that works harmoniously together, shares in the values of the company and desires to be the best in the industry all while ensuring we are having fun Successful Candidates will Talent Management & Development Programs 1 Be accountable for building and driving execution of holistic Talent Management & Development strategy for the business, spanning people development and engagement, culture, and overall organisation development 2 Develop and deliver change management plan and communications Design, drive and execute programs, processes and activities required for talent pool engagement and development to realise their potential to fill key positions 3 Design, plan and implement a structured development roadmap (aligned to business needs) of development activities encompassing experiential learning, formal learning, relationship learning and digital learning for employees identified for the Group Talent Pool 4 Facilitate the annual talent review and progression planning process, which will encompass talent pool identification, endorsement of the talent pool by the leaders and post review rollout of talent communication activities 5 Partner with People and Business leaders to support development needs with an understanding of established policies or procedures Identify new methodologies, partners, systems etcto improve learning processes of employees and to develop leader and manager capability to assess talent and identify future capability needs through regular reviews of organizational strength and health 6 Build and implement development roadmaps for young talent groups based on 70/20/10 approach, comprising of rotations, international assignments, coaching, networking and leadership development activities 7 Partner with Business to shape and evolve the business culture through engagement programs at organisation level Design, deliver and communicate HR programs and initiatives and manage new hire engagement programs Digital transformation- 1 Drive, impact and collaborate as a trusted advisor to support the Business and HR implementation projects within the organisation to enhance employee experience 2 Design engagement plan to ensure high evolve the Social Collaboration platform within the organisation 3 Assists in the implementation of Learning Management System and Succession Development Planning module that aims to measure, develop and manage the organizations skill and knowledge base Desired characteristics 1 Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a cost-conscious approach and practical approach to using time and resources 2 Knowledge of development planning, including career and organization development 3 Ability to maintain long-term big picture views; Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period of time 4 Strong project planning skills and ability to design Implement and facilitate successful Talent Management and Development initiatives and programs 5 Ability to foster effective working partnerships with various individuals and communities within the company 6 Skill in coaching effectively to assist team members in reaching their full potential
