Job Description:

Responsible for implementation of HR Strategy and HR Processes/ systems to meet HR objectives ,P&A and organizations business objectives
Knowledge of Employee staffing, employee relations, organizational development, compensation and benefits and other HR Projects
He/She develops learning plans to supports mission/key objective to ensure that learning solutions are in line with performance requirements and training needs
He/she has to design training modules, plan training schedules and manage training programs
Handling plant HR & IR admin operation at plant level
HR Policies, IR matters, employee relation, statutory compliances, factories act
Policies Framing & Deployment, personnel activities along with Manpower Planning, Recruitments Salary, pay roll, compensation mgt
Exp in journalist , Labour Laws & Factory Acts / liasioning with various Govt Departments
The incumbent will provide direction and support to organization wide HR transactions and processes

Required Candidate profile

- Candidate must be have MBA - HR
- Minimum 15-25 yrs years of exp in any manufacturing company
- Salary 15-20 lpa
- Loc - Faridabad
