Our client is focused on social sector and they need to fill the following position asap

Position AGM / DGM - Accounts & Finance

Location Mumbai

Education Qualified CA

Experience 6 - 8 years of relevant experience

Compensation Commensurate with education and experience

Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile

- Chosen candidate shall be a middle management team member and shall be accountable for Finance & Accounts Strategic alignment of Accounts & Finance function in line with organizational objectives Position will report to CFO and Corporate / regional accounts will be reporting into this position

- He/ she will play the role of a Business Manager providing direction in matters relating to strategies, long range planning, etc Lead the automation project of ERP, MIS and systems integration

- Execution of projects - space, equipment, systems, etc Business Continuity Management Provide Leadership to team of professionals in line with company values Mentor and develop team members Manage performance by establishing and reviewing objectives on a regular basis

- Candidate will effectively manage the budgets and ensure timely reporting Managing core finance deliverables such as Payables, Treasury, Income Tax, GST, TDS etc

- Advise on all finance related matters for all respective offices Financial reporting - Monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, Budget preparation, Variance reporting for internal as well as external stakeholders like funders and auditors Ensure compliance to the norms relating to PF, ESIC as well as Professional Tax

- Ensuring compliance of internal quality standards and dealing with auditors Efficiently manage processes which require Cross-functional collaboration

- Proactive solutions for cost management Working Capital Management includes cash, receivables & cash flow forecasting Control over companys assets, liabilities and exposures Regular communication and feedback with regional Finance Managers

- He/ she would be responsible for implementation of ERP system Introduction of a technical solution or Management Information System for programmatic inputs and outputs Includes project management, vendor selection and successful beta testing Should have administrative experience at the middle management level

- Experience in managing large budgets, finance, contract administration, negotiation and project management Good understanding of laws relating to business finance

- Proficient in technologies relevant to the organization - hardware, operating system, networking, databases, software applications, etc Capable of managing a team of experienced finance professionals across wide geographical spread

- Should demonstrate a positive attitude and professional conduct and high ethical standards Experience of leading an effective decentralized structure Good negotiation skills Good communication skills with ability to converse clearly with senior management & senior stakeholders

- Strong skills in relationship management & conflict management Strategic and solution oriented approach Decision making - make timely and correct decisions and exhibit sound judgment

- Must be a team player Quality Management - continuously looks to improve processes Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 6 to 8 years of experience in similar functions Preferred age-group is 32 to 35 years
