Applies extensive knowledge of the Technical job skills and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways
Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job
Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems
Work completed with minimal supervision and assignments to be completed with established procedures
May determine methods and procedures for new assignments Typically provides guidance to other non-exempt employees

SAP Basis Administration

- SAP Landscape knowledge

- Installation / up-gradation of SAP Softwares

(ECC 60, SAP Netweaver 70 / 71 or above)

-XI/PI, EP, SCM, SRM, CRM, BI/Portal (Java Stack),

Solution Manager 70 / 71

-Oracle DB,HANA

-Very large Database Buffer optimization / tuning

Key Technical Competencies

- SAP Landscape knowledge

- Installation / up-gradation of SAP Softwares

-EWA review and its suggestion implementation

UNIX / Storage Knowledge

Handling projects life cycle Management End to End

Provide support services for customer environments

1 Respond to tickets / cases logged by Service Desk and Automated Ticketing

2 Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated

3 Compliance to change management policy and processes

4 Prepare customer incident reports & monthly customer reports

5 Assist with management of problems and escalations

Customer Service

1 Retain ownership of customer issues until resolved, escalated or accepted by another individual

2 Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner which keeps them informed and offers value on a daily basis

3 Display an understanding and involvement in a medium sized customer or business unit within your team in the following areas account knowledge, contact point, meeting attendance, document ownership

- Is approachable and encourages interaction with HP resources, customers and other parties

Team Dynamics

1 Attendance and participation in team meetings

3 Assist new members to become familiar with the HP and customer environments

Provide rostered support services for customer environments

1 Perform scheduled work whether in business hours or after hours

2 Provide support services within the teams core support hours roster

3 Provide standby support services outside of business hours

Collaborate and align with other technical groups

1 Work together with external technical groups in order to resolve customer issues effectively

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
Nine or more years of support services, project, or program experience
Experience working with the technology industry
Experience working with company products and operating systems
