The Challenge Change the way the world does business through driving adoption of electronic signatures You can make an impact with Adobe Sign and Document Cloud customers by becoming a member of the Implementation Proof of Concept (POC) Team As a member of the POC Team within the Adobe Sign Client Success organization, you will be responsible for engaging with new customers and prospects during the sales process as they seek to evaluate how Adobe Sign can accomplish their document workflow needs During the customers POC, you will act as the product expect to provide best practice guidance regarding functionality, implementation, and integrations of the Adobe Sign product Early adoption is key to success when it comes to most SaaS products A successful POC experience in the key to early adoption and to closing larger deals Motivate our customers to think differently about their processes while being creative and innovative with the POC content and approach

What youll do The POC Specialist will be responsible for managing customers who have been nominated and approved for the POC program and work alongside sales to drive the customer to a greater purchasing decision You will be responsible for hosting discovery and training sessions with the customer to ensure theyre hitting the KPIs defined within their POC objectives and goals

The position requires creative thinking to continually review, monitor, and adapt processes to make the POC program and customer experience more effective

What you need to succeed

4-year College degree

2 years experience in high-tech and account management

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and interrupt-driven environment

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and browsers

Excellent communications and presentation sills - written, verbal, telephone, virtual meeting

Knowledge of Acrobat and Sign services

Demonstrated customer-focus and consultative skills

Results-oriented toward meeting departmental objectives and customer expectations

Ability to independently identify and recruit whatever resources necessary to meet customer needs and requests

Highly motivated and enthusiastic personality (self-starter)

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Exceptional organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills

Overall Responsibilitys Hold weekly meetings with the customer and sales to check-in on POC progress and status updates
Manage customer relationship and expectations
Communicate any trends seen to help improve the overall POC experience
As a POC Specialist you will utilize your product expertise to lead discovery and training sessions for customers who have been nominated and approved for the program
Work with Adobe Sign sales team, customers, Professional Services and BU Product Marketing to define key objectives of a POC, align on scope and timing; and then deliver a compelling POC that can accomplish the customers defined objectives
Project Manage POC from scope to production while interfacing with customers, internal Adobe teams (sales to BU), customers partners (ie Systems Integrators, Consultants)
Leverage your deep knowledge of Adobe Sign and Document Cloud solutions to align with the prospects functionality requirements and solution objectives
Understand turn-key Adobe Sign integrations
Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution
Project documentation and socialization to leadership, sales, and professional services
Understand Adobe Sign features and functionality and how it can be applied to the customers business needs
