Purpose of the role

The position is to provide full support to Sales function, as well as assist all other departments in the creation of requisitions for purchase orders
Responsible for resolving all issues relating to MasterShopping and coordinating payments with accounts payable
Communicating with procurement in regard to vendor creation and issues in SAP
Responsible for car fleet reporting

Responsibilities

Coordination and filtration of information (mail & email), preparation of presentations and reports, ensure adequate filing system and folder upkeep for all departments
Serve as main account for archiving services (Data Filing), credit card maintenance (CitiManager), travel related inquiries (CONCUR) Responsible for business trip orders
Offers translation services
Assisting the CGA Manager by ordering and coordinating sample deliveries
Master Shopper Creates requisitions on behalf of all departments except for Marketing
Follows up on requests with the POC and in Coupa, when necessary opens iRequest tickets to resolve integration issues
Communicates with Procurement to create/extend vendors in Coupa
Resolves payment issues with AP Bulgarian finance team when necessary
Performs Good Receipts in the system by coordinating WorkFlow information and departments confirmation of delivery of goods

Qualifications

Office experience/ administration preferably within international company
Demonstrated ability to work with digital systems to enter, analyze and report information Demonstrated ability to complete assignments in timely manner with high degree of autonomy Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross functional business partners to complete tasks
Demonstrated ability to accomplish objectives on assignments which have ambiguity associated with thir procedures, solutions, approach,etc
English is an absolue must, experience in organization of company events is a bonus
