Responsibilities may include, but are not limited toCollects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and other individuals Responsibilities may include but are not limited to prepares correspondence, memoranda, and reports; screens telephone calls and visitors; schedules appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries Ensures that all work tasks are performed and maintained at the highest level of confidentiality Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction

Building management

General experience with copy machines
