Job Description:

1 Taking care of Admin responsibility

2 Monitoring Maintenance of Office & Day to Day general administration activities

3 Vendor Management & Cost /quality control

4 Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances

5 Taking care of store & purchase department, House Keeping & Security Department & Event activities

6 Office maintenance & Transportation

7 Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions, supervise staff & evaluate their performances

8 Meet staff requirements, needs and resolve their problems, support to HR Department

9 Maintain all databases including financial and staff reports & prepare expenses budget and operate within its limits

10 Maintain and replenish inventory, check stock to determine inventory levels & anticipate needed supplies, verify receipt of supply, Co-ordinate with agencies, organizations and groups

11 Liasoning with Govt Offices

12 Coordinating with Architects if any Office Interiors changes to be done
