Job Description:

  1. Booking conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc

  2. Processing expenses sheets and invoices

  3. Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies   

  4. Covering the reception desk when required 

  5. Maintaining computer and manual filing systems

  6. Provide information to internal colleagues or external enquirers

  7. Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner 

  8. Taking accurate minutes of meetings

  9. Coordinating office procedures 

  10. Relying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries 

  11. Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient 

  12. Resolve administrative problems  

  13. Receiving, sorting and distributing the post 

  14. Answering telephone calls and passing them on 

  15. Managing staff appointments 

  16. Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff

  17. Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records

  18. Coordinating repairs to office equipment

  19. Greeting and assisting visitors to the office

  20. Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues
