Job Description:

1 Support office infrastructure maintenance in coordination with IT/Facilities (furniture, computers, workstations, equipment like printers, webcams, security cameras, screens, projectors, ACs etc)

2 Manage vendors covering issues such as housekeeping, cabs, office maintenance and office supplies

3 Maintain safe and clean carpet area, and welcome visitors in person or on the telephone answering queries and redirecting

4 Maintains security by following procedures & monitoring logbook

5 Manage roll out of employee engagement activities

6 Handle employee grievance and escalate to Higher management

7 Handle reimbursement invoices and send to HQ to disbursal

8 Manage vendor purchase orders and payments

9 Maintain and update reports of all office expenses

10 Manage petty cash in coordination with Accounts Department
