1)Front Office Activities Greeting Visitors and Transferring calls

2)General Admin Activities like purchase of stationary & other office items

3)Preparation of Petty Cash Vouchers

4)Take care of attendance & leave records of employees

5)Maintenance of office & office materials

6)Dispatching of courier

7)Will be involved in recruitment life cycle Sourcing CVs through various job portals, Filtering and Scheduling Interviews

8)Conducting telephone and personal interviews in coordination with department


9)Maintaining database of prospective candidates

10)Taking feedback of candidate after interview

11)Giving Offers to Selected Candidates and negotiating CTCs

12)Resolving Employee Issues & Queries
