Job Description:

- Serve as the business knowledge consultant for worldwide field sales management

- Guide market decisions by providing opportunity insights to the sales team

- Develop, articulate, and defend sales strategy recommendations on a routine basis

- Provide detailed and actionable analysis to drive efficient performance

- Participate with cross functional-teams to develop solutions to systematic issues

- Execute Sales & Marketing updates with a focus on performance forecasting, strategic quota setting, territory design and Marketing goals

- Use data analytics to verify or dispel anecdotal insights collected by field sales

- Translate data into meaningful business recommendations and actions

- Work with channel strategy team to incorporate brand inputs used in the development of Sales/Channel Strategy

- Work with marketing and sales functions to develop initiative plans and integrate in the sales/channel priority calendar

- Provides input into pricing strategy, focusing on the analysis of competitive activity, pricing strategy and its effect on execution framework expectations and volume

- Provides sales perspective in the development of brand annual, monthly and initiative sales forecasts

- Works volume forecasts issues to resolution and adjusts as needed as the business develops through the year

- Works with marketing team to integrate brand shelving and merchandising needs into the Sales priorities

- Provides input into the design and development of marketing events/promotions/innovation to meet category/brand requirements while ensuring alignment with selling strategies and priorities

- Seeks field input and sales management approval as required

- Leads/owns the development of selling tools for initiatives and promotions

- Identifies information needed to be collected as part of competitive activity

- Participates in the analysis of competitive information and development of appropriate responses

- Provides brand expertise to support specific customer call objectives

- Uses customer contacts to gain learning on improving sales plans

Skills Required

- 4+ years of analytical & strategy experience

- Desire to build a career with one of the most exciting organizations in the real estate industry

- Desire to be part of a small, close-knit team of elite subject matter experts committed to the collective success of the team, the larger commercial organization, and the customers we serve

- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision

- High quantitative reasoning/application skills and ability to critically think through complexity as it arises

- Aptitude to quickly understand causal relationships/cause and effect mapping

- Strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize requests and deliver upon stakeholder expectations

- Excellent written and oral communication with a dedicated customer orientation

- Advanced Excel skills (MS Access preferred)

- Proficiency with data visualization tools, dashboard and report creation

- Ability to leverage presentation tools to artfully craft a cohesive and impactful narrative
