Job Description:


- Drive and build IFRS 17 and related RBC projects reporting, business planning

- Recommending business strategy and suitable products for channels considering costing aspect

- Drive setting up business plan for the company along with other stakeholders; explaining how the choices of/changes in actuarial bases affect the plan and helping the management to optimize use

- Building sales tools to facilitate customer proposition in terms of managing a customer total investment portfolio


QUALITATIVE - Superior modelling process, Good model controls

QUANTITATIVE - Accuracy of the numbers produced by the model for various business forecasts, costs and plan

- Modelling the requirements on time with accuracy


- WORK EXPERIENCE - 8 - 10 years with substantial experience in areas of corporate actuarial - shareholder reporting

- Above par Prophet and DCS modelling skills

- Above par Prophet and DCS modelling skills

- Good understanding of IFRS 17 processes and guidelines

- A good understanding of Embedded Value Reporting

- A good understanding of Business Planning Process

- QUALIFICATIONS - Preferably completed CT series and ST series/ Recently Fellow with 5-6 years of life industry experience

- COMPETENCIES - Excellent communicator both within internal actuarial peers and reportees as well as to the non-technical colleagues within the company

- Team player with ability to interact with other stakeholders and get the required support in delivery of goals

- Strong written and analytical skills- interpret financial results, produce well-structured and clearly written reports
