Position Key Account Manager

Role Description

Acko is seeking to hire a Strategic Key Account Manager to manage insurance product partnerships We are looking to onboard a results-driven person who is passionate about the way Acko can work with our existing partners to enable a variety of insurance programs

As Indias leading insurtech company, it is our responsibility to establish meaningful relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders; and manage senior relationships to deliver mutually beneficial products and services

You will be part of a high-performing team that works cross-functionally with product, engineering, actuary, claims, legal, marketing and operations teams to develop new capabilities and improve user experience The digital partnerships teams charter is to deliver products and services that drive innovation, business outcomes for our partners, as well as delightful experiences for our users

Key Responsibilities

- Consultative account management of top digital partners in India

- Maintaining a healthy relationship with CEOs, CBOs, COOs, CFOs and any other key decision makers of the partner organization

- Monitor financial health of the programs and drive profitability at partner level

- Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships

- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, claims, operations, legal and marketing

- Drive depth in an account by launching new products, increasing product adoption, optimizing claims journey

- Deep involvement in designing customer journey along with Product, optimization of existing processes, regular monitoring of claims and ops issues and hands-on approach with claims and CX tickets

- Leverage data to identify market and partner-level opportunities

- Active business planning supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis

- Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment

Education & Experience

- Premier Institute (IIT/IIM/SP Jain/MDI/FMS/NMIMS/ etc ) with 2-4 years of relevant experience

- Previously worked in Fintech/Consulting/E-commerce with a demonstrated record of success in business development and managing high value P&L accounts

- Proven experience in negotiating deals/implementing programs at scale

- Experience in integrating customer needs, product design and technology

- Go getter with lateral and product first thinking abilities

- Basic understanding of APIs based integrations, data querying

- Ability to work seamlessly with large cross functional teams and meet timelines

- Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client conversations

- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel
