Accounts Officer Department QX Finance and Accounts Outsourcing

Location Ahmedabad

OVERVIEW As a Accounts Officer in the QX F&A division you will need to review our clients financial reports and other documents to ensure they are accurate The role requires you to analyze fiscal activities and ensure that they conform to accounting and permissible requirements You will be collaborating with QXs Accounting and Finance team while also preparing financial statements on monthly or as required basis One of your primary functions will be to determine whether the financial statements are in accordance with the accounting records

JOB DESCRIPTION Managing accounts to ensure no errors are accepted and that payments received are credited in a timely manner
Maintain records of all data and evaluate it to streamline processes
Ensure all audit objectives and statements are auctioned immediately
Maintain payments and receipts
Telephonic review of management accounts with clients staff
Keeping financial records, preparing and maintaining books of accounts like journals, vouchers, etc and balance various accounts using manual and computerized book keeping system

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE BCom/MCom with 1-3 years of experience in Accounting
Excellent spoken and written English required with an emphasis on UK clients
Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports and have experience in Taxation
Experience with finalization will be an added advantage

EDUCATION Diploma or degree is preferred
