ACCOUNT MANAGER - REVENUE ROLE Location Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Required Key Skills

• Be the Communication a s the liaison for the customer and the rest of the company, the AM must excel at communicating in person, over the phone, via email, and across teams
  
• They must be comfortable addressing C-suite execitives as well as coordinating operations managers and sales reps
  
• Experience in Technology Sales and must have directly or indirectly be responsible for revenue generation activities at a Technology firm - vertical independent; ecommerce experience is a plus
  
• They must have delivered on a defined revenue target (quota)
  
• Highly Strategic Perspective and should be able to assess the customer use-case and appropriately leverage solutions to make the customer successful
  
• Ability to form a high-level understanding of diverse businesses through impeccable listening skills and probing skills
  
• Knowledge on Sales Tools, like Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools
  
• Should have disciplined approach to tracking and improving efficiency
  
• Being the main point of contact of the Customer, the AM will be championing the customer needs internally at Unbxd, and will be responsible for obtaining the support of multiple departments
  
• Ability to be the eyes and ears of the Product team, by understanding how the customers use the product, and the gaps therein
  
• Forming a cohesive project per customer - within the defined processes of Unbxd
  
• Should be excellent in Value Based Selling and have the ability to move a conversation away from the cost and price discussions towards the inherent value
  
• Incorporating the evolving businesses at the customer s side, with the product roadmap
  
• Ability to quickly understand conversion metrics, basic profitability metrics, and operational aspects of our customers businesses
