Managing Key Accounts across region
Driving the business by engaging with various stake holders across industry
Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on- boarding of new clients
Formulate business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
Meeting up regularly with clients to understand their requirements and drive the business
Presently providing end to end HR services, looking into the operational aspects of every account, cross selling, adding up of more business, client se rvicing
Regular monitoring of reports, accessing and forecasting the revenue to be generated
