ROLE MISSION STATEMENT

You will be required to design and execute high quality research using right tools and techniques to address client needs One of the main aspects of this role is to manage key client relationships by understanding their needs sharply and providing solutions to key questions

The role requires you to come out with strategic analysis & recommendations & so, you must be very conversant with the happenings in the economy, in general, & with respect to the sectors mentioned above
The role also requires you to make presentations to senior / top management of reputed companies
You will also be responsible for training and developing technically competent team of researchers, identifying their needs and providing coaching, counseling and mentoring to help them tap their true researching potential
You will also have to manage team motivation and morale through timely feedback, well managed delegation and workload allocation
You will have to ensure that you resolve their queries and manage client and internal stakeholder expectations to ensure adequate work-life balance for the team

CAPABILITIES STATEMENT

To apply for this position you must be a MBA (Marketing / Marketing Research) with a total of 4 to 8 years of experience
You must have worked on consumer research / brand research / channel & retail research, specifically product testing, U&A, pricing projects, especially in FMCG/ Consumer durables and should have effective communication and interpersonal skills
A good grasp & hold on quantitative research techniques & tools like questionnaire / research design / preparing a research execution plan etc is also essential
You should have strong analytical skills, should be comfortable with disparate sets of information and should have the ability to draw accurate causal linkages
