The Account Executive will facilitate and maintain successful relationships with customers, which will be measured by their reference ability and customer satisfaction levels
The Job holder is expected to perform the following-

Sales of TIBCO Jaspersoft solutions and services for the UK/I/Nordics market
Achieving the revenue targets for the assigned territory
Developing and implementing of sales plans for the territory
Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline by developing new business as well as creating upselling opportunities with existing customer base
Understanding of customer requirements and presentation of customer specific solutions
Securing the maximum achievable contract volume
Closely working with other departments such as Presales, Professional Services and Alliances
Negotiating and developing contracts in close connection with departments such as Legal and Sales Operations
Monthly forecasting and reporting to the sales management

Several years of experience selling BI-/Analytics software solutions
Track record of success in opening new markets/accounts in the BI Software space is desirable but not a must
Analytically oriented both in terms of the individuals own approach to their business as well as understanding the value analytics can bring to our customers
Understanding of the analytics marketplace Jaspersoft, traditional business intelligence vendors, and other analytics tools in particular is desirable but not a must
Strong team-selling skills
Strong communicator internally and externally
Outgoing personality, entrepreneurial mind set
Experience in commercial open source advantages
Having worked in direct sales and via channel is beneficial
English native speaker preferred, fluent in English required, other European languages are beneficial
