ABM MD HR Executive Talent - Senior Manager

The most senior leaders in these new businesses are Managing Directors (MDs) and we are looking for a rigorous and talented human resources professional to act ABM MD HR Senior Manager and support the MD Executive Talent Function for these important senior leaders across our adjacent businesses

This role includes the coordination of the annual performance appraisal processes for the Managing Directors of the adjacent businesses in 15 countries, and expanding rapidly It also requires the rigorous management of the information related to their career development, learning, contracting and compensation to ensure all actors supporting MDs from an HR perspective can achieve the level of service that meets HR Executive Talent standards

Contribute to best-in-class MD HR - Executive Talent services delivered to ABM Managing Directors globally

Manage and deliver robust MD development, reward and promotion annual processes - individual goal setting, mid-year check-in, self-assessment and annual review
Contribute to building trust and credibility in the MD processes, with a smooth management of the annual milestones and a strict compliance with HR policies
Provide senior support for the MD Career Development Committee (MDDCs) set up for each one the ABMs to run smoothly, and also for their creation when a new ABM is added to the scope
Manage the information that is required to efficiently align with global standards and processes, forms, guidelines and tools in support of MD development and global calibration
Manage the update view of talent and promotion pipeline, and follow up on actions to be taken by MDHR Team
Contribute to the New Ways of Working (NWoW) project that is currently at the design stage to set up an agile management and sharing system of all MD HR information and data
Proactively suggest, and autonomously implement ongoing improvements to information management platforms, information sharing tools, and MD HR process management
Prepare MD HR updates and cross-functional topics for ABM SteerCo
Participate in the regular team meetings with a view to contribute to the continuous improvements of our processes and the achievement of the highest service-level standards

Have strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively, also with Executive leaders

Have excellent interpersonal skills, tact, a positive attitude and an ability to generate trust

Work in absolute discretion and with the highest integrity and ethics

Are fluent in English (both oral and written); knowledge of Spanish or German desirable


Bachelors Degree or equivalent in business, Human Resources or related field

Experience in the consulting industry desirable

8 years of experience in Human Resources and/or BCG consulting experience at the Consultant level, ideally with experience focused on senior talent career development

Strong skills in Windows Office (in particular, PowerPoint and Excel) and new digital information sharing and management tools (Trello, Slack, etc)


As a core member of our Global HR team, the ABM MD HR Senior Manager will functionally belong to the MD HR Team and liaise effectively with ABMs, BCG Centers of Expertise, regional and local HR Ops or Finance counterparts as well as internal lawyers

This will involve working remotely with team members, stakeholders and counterparts, located in various geographies
