Primary Purpose of Role

- The role of the Senior Manager - Talent Management is to plan, coordinate and execute the People Cycle processes and lead the Talent Management strategy for BU India

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

- Plan, coordinate and run the People Cycle Processes

- Lead Talent Management strategy for BU

- Continuous monitoring of Performance

- Internal employee turnover

- Leading the diversity and Inclusion agenda for the BU

Design and apply the Global development programs

- GMT (Global Management Trainee) and Global MBA, adapting them to the local context, tracing the process to the end of the program

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Education & Experience

- MBA in HR Full-time MBA in HR from (XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, SIBM) with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience

Skills & Knowledge

- Leadership and influence skills

- Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills

- A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks

- The ability to prioritize and strong organization skills

- The ability to work with a multi-disciplined team

- Periodic domestic & international travel
