Primary Purpose of the role

People Specialist - Talent Attraction and Learning & Development role extends across Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition to meet the needs of the business, People Business Partners (BPs) and People Centre of Excellence (COEs)

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

1 Reliable, accurate and timely reporting and analysis

a Work with the business to design and deliver meaningful reporting

b Work with datasets to draw trends, analysis and insights, forming recommendations on service levels, people process adoption, and demographic data including headcount, gender, and diversity etc

2 Talent Attraction

a Work with the People Partner to manage the Recruitment Data and the Open/ closed positions

b Reviewing Job postings at various recruitment stages

c Managing IJPs

d Managing Employee Referrals

3 Learning & Development

a Supervising Monthly Corporate Induction

b Training Eligibility check with the People Partners

c Scheduling Classroom Trainings

d Liaison with Cornerstone Admin for routine check on LMS account creation of new joiners, trainings assigned and troubleshooting (if any)

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Education & Experience

1 MBA in HR

2 Experience working within complex corporate environment

3 Prior experience working with TA and L&D

Skills & Knowledge

1 Efficiency in MS Word, Excel, Office and PowerPoint skills

2 Excellent verbal and written English communication

3 The ability to adapt communication style depending on medium, audience & purpose

4 Understands importance of confidentiality and where HR related matters could be sensitive
