Primary Purpose of the Role

- The Manager - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding will be responsible to build the employer branding and talent attraction strategy, develop and control the talent acquisition process and practices, and run our global talent programs as well as develop local recruitment programs The role holder will build long-term partnerships, and strategize to boost our employer brand to enable us to continually emerge as an employer of choice

Accountabilities

- Design the Employer Branding and Talent Attraction Strategy for the future talent pipeline of the India Business

- Design as well as formulate policies and procedures, and establish best practices for Talent Acquisition, on-boarding, induction to maximize candidate and employee experience

- Responsible for developing and maintaining the recruitment process based on ABI principles

- Design and run the Global development programs GMT (Global Management Trainee) by adapting them to the local context

- Develop local programs to attract talent and retain future company leaders, such as Summer Internships, Talent programs and lateral recruitment

- Create and execute campaigns for employees across social media channels

- Design and drive projects & partnerships to strengthen AB InBev as the organization of choice

- Implement key programs for internal branding in collaboration with all functions

Qualifications and Technical competencies required

Education & Experience

- Full-time MBA in HR from a top B-school

- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Campus Hiring or Employer Branding

Behavioral and Leadership competencies

- High Energy

- Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills with exceptional customer orientation

- Fast-mover, quick to adapt, with flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment

- Demonstration of characteristics such as creativity and motivation; ability to work successfully with the management team; interact with individuals at all levels of the organization

- Comfort with periodic domestic & international travel
