Department Accounts & Finance
Position Title Executive / Sr Executive - Accounts
Reporting to Manager / HOD A&F
Overall Purpose of Job

Assist to Manager or HOD-A&F for day to day Accounts related activities in the different verticals like
Stevedoring /C&F/ end to end Logistic /Fertilizer Terminal/Coal Terminal /Cranes/Equipment division etc

Core / Key Activities / Principal Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities
1 Accounts You will be ensuring to Inward Billing and Outward billing system of the company
You shall ensure to have scrutinized the inward bills with terms and conditions of Purchase Orders/Work
Orders; various structured MIS being received from different verticals & facilitate the processing of the
bills besides getting entry in to books of accounts You will scrutinize the Outward bills raised on our
clients for work done and with the terms and conditions of Work Order issued by the Client
Audit You will assist to Internal Auditors of the company for smooth audit and its compliances Branch
Accounts You will do the inter branch reconciliation and periodically visit to the branch for scrutiny of
bills etc Finalization of Accounts You will assist in preparation and finalization of Profit & Loss Account
and Balance Sheet
Statutory You will be prepared and keeping track of TDS receivables and TDS payables; you will do the
reconciliation of these accounts regularly You will be verifying and confirming the records for GST and in
coordination with departmental head to update the management with the latest information with
regard to change in respective IT Act and GST Act
Secondary Responsibilities
1Commercial you will go through the contracts of each client, assisting in drafting new contracts with
commercial vertical, assisting in getting work cost analyzed, keeping track of different profit centre
2Procurement You will be keeping track of various vendors and the rates charged for different
items/spares/material etc, & compare the same with the market to reduce cost of procurement &
strengthen the procurement system by optimally using technology & other procurement platforms
3 In addition to above, any other jobs / tasks to be performed as and when required by the management

Competency Requirement
Qualification 1 MBA/MFM/ with 3 to 5 years experience in the relevant Industry
BCom / MCom with minimum Exp of 5 to 6 years in relevant Industry
Competency with Microsoft Office Applications, Strong, verbal, written & Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge on TallyERP9 , Problem-solving & Decision-making skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the work environment
English proficiency required & Ability to adapt and learn quickly

Salary 25 30 Lacks INR (CTC Per Annum)
Location Kakinada / Visakhapatnam (may change depending on business requirement)
